Over 10,000 costumed partygoers unfailingly turn a stroll down the coconut-palm-lined streets of Waikiki into a fabulous spectator sport.  Hallowbaloo will not be producing an event on Halloween night but rather directing festival fans to Hallowbaloo's favorite Halloween haunts in Waikiki.
